We make reasonable efforts to display products and artwork accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, display settings, lighting, and printed materials.

We do not guarantee that a product’s appearance or color will be identical to how it appears on your screen or that every product will meet personal expectations.

Product descriptions may be updated without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities offered to a person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Tha Block may accept or decline an order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been processed and acceptance has been confirmed.

Review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to cancel or change an order after it has been accepted, packaged, or shipped.

If an order is declined, changed, or cancelled, we may contact you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided with the order.

Purchases are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Purchases are intended for personal or household use and not unauthorized commercial resale.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed and shown in the order confirmation.

Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges.

Promotions may have separate terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will control for that promotion.

You agree to provide complete and accurate account and payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all applicable prices, shipping charges, and taxes.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect customer information, severe weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

Protected Creative Work

6. Intellectual Property

The Services—including artwork, paintings, illustrations, photographs, graphics, text, videos, audio, logos, designs, product descriptions, page layouts, and other content—are owned by Tha Block, its affiliates, artists, or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing physical artwork, prints, posters, stickers, commissions, or other products does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publish, sell, download, store, publicly display, or transmit protected material without prior written permission.

Tha Block and SAVO888 names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans may not be used without written permission. Shopify names and trademarks belong to Shopify. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Digital Product License

6A. ARTSITE Single-Buyer License

ARTSITE: One Day Edition and all related lessons, worksheets, templates, graphics, downloads, videos, written materials, and updates are licensed to one individual purchaser only.

The purchaser receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the materials solely for the purchaser’s own artist business and website-building process. Purchasing ARTSITE does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

ARTSITE materials may not be shared, transferred, copied for another person, resold, redistributed, reproduced, repackaged, published, sublicensed, uploaded to shared libraries, included in another product or service, or used to teach, coach, train, or provide services to others, whether free or paid.

ARTSITE materials may not be used to train, fine-tune, test, develop, populate, improve, or create any artificial-intelligence model, machine-learning system, dataset, shared knowledge base, prompt library, automated content system, or similar technology.

The purchaser may not upload the complete product, substantial portions of the product, or reusable ARTSITE templates into an artificial-intelligence service for the purpose of reproducing, adapting, distributing, or creating a competing or substantially similar product.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access to ARTSITE materials, updates, support, and replacement downloads, in addition to any other remedies available under applicable law.

7. Optional Tools

The Services may provide access to third-party tools that we do not control or monitor. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement.

Use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and is subject to the applicable third party’s terms. New tools and features added to the Services are also subject to these Terms.

8. Third-Party Links

The Services may include links, materials, or features provided by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or verifying the accuracy, policies, security, products, or services of third-party websites.

Visiting or purchasing from a third-party website is at your own risk. Questions about third-party products or services should be directed to that third party.

9. Relationship With Shopify

Tha Block is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Sales and purchases made through this store are directly between you and Tha Block. Shopify is not responsible for products, services, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from purchases made from Tha Block. To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from transactions with Tha Block.

10. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Certain information may also be governed by Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process information about your access to and use of the Services. Information may be transmitted to service providers located in other countries.

If you submit ideas, reviews, photographs, suggestions, feedback, proposals, or other content, you grant Tha Block a worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and promote that content for lawful business purposes.

You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content, that any compensation or incentive has been disclosed, and that the content does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

We may monitor, edit, or remove unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tha Block, Shopify, and their affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or another person’s rights.

We may control the defense and settlement of an indemnified claim, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.
