How long does shipping take?

Most print, poster, and sticker orders are processed and prepared as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on the item, order volume, and delivery location. Once your order is on the way, you will receive any available tracking information through Shopify.

How are prints and posters packaged?

Prints, posters, and stickers are packaged with care to help protect the artwork during shipping. SAVO888 wants each collector to receive their order clean, presentable, and ready to enjoy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will review the issue and help find the best solution.

Are all sales final?

Because artwork, prints, posters, stickers, and limited releases are handled in small batches, all sales are generally final. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out so we can review it.

Do you sell original artwork?

Yes. Original artwork may be available depending on the piece. Some works are sold, some are held for exhibitions, and some may be available by request. For original artwork inquiries, please contact SAVO directly.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes. SAVO accepts select commission requests for custom artwork, murals, creative projects, and special pieces. Commission availability depends on schedule, project size, budget, and creative fit.

How do mural requests work?

Mural requests are reviewed individually. SAVO considers the wall location, project goals, timeline, budget, community impact, and visual direction before accepting a mural project.

Can I book SAVO for live painting or events?

Yes. SAVO may be available for live painting, art activations, festivals, private events, brand events, and community projects.
