Return & Refund Policy

Every SAVO888 order is prepared and packaged with care. Please review this policy before purchasing artwork, prints, posters, stickers, commissions, or original pieces.

Main Policy

All Sales Are Final

SAVO888 does not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing, personal preference, color variation, or accidental purchases after an order has shipped.

The exception is an item that arrives damaged or incorrect because of packaging, fulfillment, or shipping.

Damage Protection

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact SAVO888 within seven days of delivery.

Your message must include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Clear photographs of the packaging

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, SAVO888 will replace the affected item or issue a refund for that item.

Report an Order Problem

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be changed or cancelled only before they have been packaged or shipped. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Custom Work

Commissions

Commissioned and custom artwork is non-refundable once work has begun. A deposit may be required before work starts. That deposit is non-refundable if the buyer cancels after work has begun.

One-of-One Artwork

Original Artwork

Original paintings and one-of-one artwork are sold as-is and are final sale. Buyers are encouraged to request additional photographs or information before purchasing.

Printed Artwork

Color Variation

Colors may appear slightly different between screens and printed materials. Minor color differences are normal and are not considered defects.

Delivery Responsibility

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tracking information is provided when available. SAVO888 will assist with delayed packages but is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier that are later lost or stolen.

Important

Do Not Send Items Without Approval

Do not mail or return an item without contacting SAVO888 first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If a return is approved because of a confirmed damaged or incorrect order, shipping instructions will be provided directly by email.
