PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

By purchasing, downloading, opening, or using ARTSITE: One Day Edition, the customer agrees to the following license terms.
1. License Granted
The customer receives one limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ARTSITE materials for their own artist business and personal website-building process.
2. Permitted Use
The customer may read, print, complete, and adapt the worksheets and templates for their own website, brand, products, services, and internal business planning.
3. Prohibited Use
The customer may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, publish, reproduce, teach from, train others with, include in another product, or provide the ARTSITE materials to any third party, whether free or paid.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Training
The customer may not upload the ARTSITE materials into a public dataset, model-training system, shared AI knowledge base, resale prompt library, or any system intended to reproduce or distribute the product to others.
5. Ownership
ARTSITE, SAVO888, the written lessons, worksheets, structure, branding, graphics, and related materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. Purchasing the product does not transfer ownership.
6. Access and Updates
Access is intended only for the original purchaser. Updates, replacement files, support, or bonuses may be limited to verified customers.
7. No Results Guarantee
SAVO888 does not guarantee sales, income, traffic, collectors, or any other result. Results depend on the buyer's artwork, effort, market, audience, pricing, and execution, all of which are outside SAVO888's control. ARTSITE: One Day Edition is an educational product, not a promise of a specific outcome.
8. Refunds
ARTSITE: One Day Edition is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy displayed at checkout, which explains that sales are final once the files have been downloaded, with an exception for confirmed delivery or file problems.
9. Enforcement
Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, redistribution, or commercial teaching may result in terminated access and further enforcement where appropriate.
